Regulation
(EU) 2023/1114, Title II

Notification is not authorisation, and this page does not claim otherwise. A white paper notified under Title II is a disclosure obligation for the crypto-asset; it is not a licence to provide crypto-asset services, and Finansinspektionen does not approve or endorse a white paper. Where FutureChain requires authorisation as a crypto-asset service provider, that process is separate and ongoing.

Reading the disclosures alongside it

The white paper describes the asset as designed. Where the running chain has diverged from that — including defects found after issuance — the supply-integrity disclosures record it. They are published because a disclosure that omits what went wrong is not a disclosure.

FTC is a crypto-asset. Its value can fall as well as rise, and you can lose the amount you put in. Nothing on this page is investment advice.
